How it came together.
The brief
eo Labs is a technical Australian product brand with real substance behind the category. The kind of brand that deserves to be positioned as a premium player, not treated as a commodity lost on the shelf. When the Fuel My Social engagement started, eo Labs had a product the team believed in, a loyal early customer base and a social account sitting at roughly 800 Instagram followers. The potential was clearly there. The audience wasn’t. The brief was twofold. Build a premium content system worthy of the product: studio-grade photography, consistent visual language, and a library of assets ready for every channel eo Labs shows up on. And use that content to grow the social audience significantly without spending a dollar on paid follower ads. The team wanted a result they could measure in organic follower growth, not in ad impressions, because they were confident the product was strong enough to earn attention if the content was right.
The strategy and execution
The Fuel My Social approach to eo Labs was built around three pillars. Studio-grade product photography, ambassador-led brand content, and a high-cadence organic social growth engine. Pillar one was hero product imagery. We ran a full studio production for eo Labs, capturing every piece of the range with the detail, lighting and craftsmanship the product deserves. Those images became the foundation for everything else: website, social posts, retail collateral, paid ad creative when needed, and partner decks. Every eo Labs touchpoint now draws from a consistent premium image library. Pillar two was brand and ambassador content. We partnered eo Labs with Olympic gold medallist swimmer Kyle Chalmers to produce an ambassador film that anchors the brand story in a recognisable athletic figure. Both a landscape hero cut and a dedicated ambassador cut were produced, giving eo Labs assets that work across web, paid campaigns, and social. Pillar three was the organic social engine. On top of the new content library, we built a weekly posting cadence optimised for reach on Instagram. Short-form video from the Kyle Chalmers shoot, product-focused Reels, behind-the-scenes content and storytelling posts were all layered into a calendar designed to grow the audience without paid help. Every post was tracked, the best-performing formats were doubled down on, and the calendar was refined week over week based on the data.
From 800 followers to over 11,000 — no paid spend.
eo Labs has grown from around 800 followers to over 11,000 — a 13x audience increase achieved entirely through organic social media. No paid ads, no follower campaigns, just consistent premium content and a strategy built to compound month over month.
