The brief
Floorworld is one of Australia’s most recognisable flooring retailers, with a brand that carries serious reach and genuine athlete ambassador partnerships. The problem wasn’t awareness, it was translation. Floorworld had the ambassadors. What they needed was content that turned those high-profile relationships into something that actually moved on social, looked production-grade, and felt like a brand story rather than a product placement. The brief for Fuel My Social was to produce ambassador-led video content at a cinematic standard, the kind of hero film that could sit at the centre of Floorworld’s social, website and paid advertising without feeling out of place next to national-brand creative.
The strategy and execution
The Floorworld engagement was a focused, cinematic production. Fuel My Social handled the concept, scripting, shoot and final edit end to end, delivering a hero ambassador film designed to feel like a brand moment rather than an ad. Every decision on the shoot was made with the final cut-downs in mind. We filmed a hero landscape version for website and YouTube, plus supporting material that could be cut into Reels, paid ad creative and behind-the-scenes content for social. One shoot day produced a month of usable content, which is the baseline for every Fuel My Social video engagement. Post-production was handled in-house by the same team that ran the shoot. Colour grading, sound design, motion graphics and subtitles were all produced under one roof, which kept the creative consistent from camera to delivery and kept the turnaround faster than a traditional production house.
