The Story

How it came together.

The brief

SEAPA Australia is a global aquaculture technology business headquartered in South Australia. The business makes the gear and software that commercial shellfish operators use to run modern farms, and its customers are decision-makers at operations around the world. It’s a genuinely niche B2B category, and the marketing problem that goes with that niche is familiar to every industrial brand: a world-class product, a small specialist audience, and content that had historically looked and sounded like every other trade supplier in the sector. The brief for Fuel My Social was to build SEAPA Australia a modern content system that could punch well above what B2B aquaculture marketing normally looks like. Premium imagery, LinkedIn-first distribution, sales-enablement collateral, and a brand voice that treated decision-makers like humans rather than procurement line items.

The strategy and execution

The SEAPA engagement started with positioning work. Fuel My Social rebuilt SEAPA’s core brand story and sales messaging into a shared narrative platform, then translated that platform into pillar content, product explainers and customer case studies that the whole team could use in market. That document became the foundation for every content piece that followed. From there the engagement moved into production. We ran on-farm shoots with commercial aquaculture growers around Australia, studio product films highlighting the SEAPA kit in use, and animated explainer content produced at scale to feed LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and the sales team’s pipeline decks. Over 100 images and 4 videos were delivered out of a compact production timeline, giving SEAPA a deep B2B content library to draw on across every channel. Distribution was built around LinkedIn as the primary channel. An always-on posting plan targeting decision-makers at aquaculture operations globally was supported by paid social and email, with the content engineered to move prospects through awareness, interest and enquiry in a market where the buyer journey can take months.
