The brief was to build a content system worthy of that reputation: always-on social, hero video, and ambassador-led campaigns that put Shed King in front of every backyard, shed-shopper and tradie in SA.

The Story

How it came together.

The brief

Shed King is a household name in South Australia for a reason. Quality builds, genuine people and a brand with real personality. But like a lot of loved-local businesses, the social presence wasn’t matching the reputation on the ground. Shed King came to Fuel My Social wanting a content system worthy of what the business had already built: always-on social, hero video production, and ambassador-led campaigns that could put Shed King in front of every backyard owner, shed shopper and tradie in South Australia. The brief wasn’t just about posting more. It was about building a brand presence that felt bigger than a regional builder. The kind of content you’d expect from a national brand, delivered at a cadence that kept Shed King top of mind whether a customer was in the market for a shed or not.

The strategy and execution

The Fuel My Social engagement runs three tracks in parallel. Always-on social media management across Instagram and Facebook, cinematic content production around every build and product launch, and ambassador partnerships designed to extend Shed King’s reach well beyond its existing audience. On the ambassador front, we produced a series of films built around the idea that every shed has a purpose. Highlight partners included Olympian Kyle Chalmers, the Fair Dinkum Builds team around a classic Ford F100 build, and ambassadors from Highland Valley representing everyday farm life. Each film was produced as a hero cut for social, with supporting Reels and photography assets for ongoing use. Alongside the ambassador work, Fuel My Social runs the full weekly social cadence for Shed King. Content planning, photography and video production from the Shed King team and build sites, copywriting, scheduling, and community management. Every shoot produces assets that fuel weeks of posts across Instagram, Facebook, the website and partner-facing collateral.
