Full event coverage
A moving event, a luxury brand, and one chance to get it.
TAG Heuer’s Porsche Drive The Range day was a moving target in the most literal sense — a convoy of VIPs driving from Porsche Centre Adelaide through the Adelaide Hills to The Lane Vineyard for lunch, then back again. There were no second takes: every corner, every arrival and every candid moment had to be captured first time, in both stills and video, to the standard a brand like TAG Heuer expects.
Plan the route. Race ahead. Capture everything.
Route Planning & Logistics
We mapped the full drive route in advance — Porsche Centre Adelaide, through the Adelaide Hills, The Lane Vineyard and back — identifying the corners, straights and backdrops worth capturing before the convoy ever left.
Capture on the Move
Following the convoy, racing ahead to set up the next shot, and repositioning all day — stills and video captured in parallel so no moment was missed between the drive, the arrivals and the lunch at The Lane.
The Recap Film & Stills Library
A high-energy recap film cut with the FMS flare and style, plus a full photography library — capturing the day, the cars and the TAG Heuer brand exactly as it deserves to be seen.
How it came together.
The brief
TAG Heuer needed their Porsche Drive The Range day captured end to end — the TAG Heuer team and their VIPs departing Porsche Centre Adelaide, driving The Range through the Adelaide Hills, arriving at The Lane Vineyard for a long lunch, and cruising back to Porsche HQ. The ask was both still photography and a video recapping the day — with energy, with the FMS flare and style, and with the brand captured perfectly. Luxury brands don’t get a rough cut. Every frame had to hold up.
The execution
Covering a moving convoy takes more planning than shooting. We scouted the route, planned our leapfrog positions, and spent the day following, racing ahead, setting up and executing — capturing the cars in motion through the Hills, the arrivals, the details and the candid moments at The Lane Vineyard. Shooting stills and video in parallel meant one team delivered the full package from a single day: a recap film with real pace and a photography library TAG Heuer could use across social, internal and partner channels.
A drive day, delivered in full.
One day of coverage produced the complete package: a high-energy recap film that captures the pace and polish of the event, and a full stills library spanning the drive, the cars, the people and The Lane Vineyard lunch.
Event coverage like this is about preparation meeting execution — knowing the route, being in position before the moment happens, and delivering assets that match the standard of the brands involved.
